To ensure that every mat reaches its intended destination, in the best possible condition, our mats and bar accessories are shipped in packaging that is tailored to their size. This allows us to send mats without needing to tightly bind or roll them - reducing the chances of excessive creasing or other permanent damage as a result. Once an order has been dispatched, it is shipped via Royal Mail using either 24 or 48 hour Tracked delivery - or Royal Mail International Tracked - depending on which you prefer at the point of checkout.
Shipping costs will vary depending on each individual order and are based around the current prices for tracked postage on Royal Mail. Our prices are calculated by weight; no additional shipping taxes are added at checkout, however customers outside of the UK will need to pay VAT and duty on import:

We aim to dispatch orders 1-3 business days from the day of purchase.
The time taken for an item to be delivered by Royal Mail can vary. We offer a couple of Tracked postage options to give you the best possible control over your order, and once an order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information.
We do, also, offer in-store collection from our Bradford location.
