The Regular Bar Runner measures at 44 centimetres in length, 25 centimetres in width, and has a thickness of 3 millimetres. A strong favourite of home bars and traditional bars alike, the Regular Bar Runner is versatile due to its dimensions and its rubber edges. The Large Bar Runner measures at 88 centimetres in length, 25 centimetres in width, and also has a thickness of 3 millimetres - it is the larger version of our Regular Bar Runner (exactly double the length!). This commercial-sized bar runner is ideal for restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and even those of you with extensive Home Bar projects! The printable area of the Large Bar Runner makes it perfect for bars with longer names, or for venues with eye-catching patterns and branded designs.
The Premium Borderless Bar Runner measures at 83 centimetres in length, 22 centimetres in width, and has a thickness of 3 millimetres. While the Premium Borderless Bar Runner competes with our Large Bar Runner for size, the absence of a rubber edge allows your creativity to flow right to the ends of the bar runner. If the bar runner or mat that you have chosen allows for personalisation, you will see a
button on the page near the 'add to cart' and payment options. Click the button, and you will either be presented with a form that will request your personalisation details or a drawing board that will allow you to create bespoke designs from scratch. Simply add the text you wish to have on your design (or upload an image, where available) and our website will do the rest!A live image of your bar runner or mat idea will be generated in real-time, and will change automatically as you create your design. Once you are happy with your design, add your item to your cart. Upon checking out and making payment, we will be sent a copy of the design that you have created so that we can begin turning your idea into reality.
Canva is a popular online graphic design tool that helps you to create artwork. It provides a library of templates and ideas to help you get started with your design. It also allows for custom dimensions to be used, which is perfect for making sure that your final design will fit on one of our products. To see which dimensions would match with our items, you can take a look at our product descriptions or use the dimensions from our downloadable design templates as reference for your own artwork.
Once you have completed your design on Canva, please make sure that you have downloaded your end result in an appropriate size and file format. We would recommend downloading your artwork in 'PDF Print' format, or JPG/PNG in the largest dimensions possible (a JPG or PNG with small dimensions/file size will result in a lower-quality end result once printed).
Please note: A subscription for, or payment to, Canva may be required in order to download in PDF Print format. We cannot guarantee a high-quality outcome on items that have been created using low quality images.
To ensure that every bar runner and mat reaches it's intended destination, in the best possible condition, our bar runners and bar accessories are shipped in packaging that is tailored to their size. This allows us to send bar runners and mats without needing to tightly bind or roll them - reducing the chances of excessive creasing or other permanent damage as a result. Once an order has been dispatched, it is shipped via Royal Mail using either 24 or 48 hour Tracked delivery - or Royal Mail International Tracked - depending on which you prefer at the point of checkout.
Shipping costs will vary depending on each individual order and are based around the current prices for tracked postage on Royal Mail. Our prices are calculated by weight; no additional shipping taxes are added at checkout, however customers outside of the UK will need to pay VAT and duty on import:

Yes! We can create commercial quality bar runners for pubs, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and hotels. All of our bar runners can be purchased individually, however, every Refresh Prints bar runner and mat also has a wholesale alternative.
These items allow for you to use your own design - or have one created by our in-house design team - and place orders in large quantities. Discounts apply as the size of the order increases. You can find our collection of wholesale bar runners here.

We can only put images on to bar runners that you have permission to use. Images from Google are usually subject to copyright, and usually cannot be used in a bar runner design. For example, we would not be able to use images from Disney or MARVEL unless you had permission from those companies to use their intellectual properties.

Once an order has been carried all the way through to payment, we will automatically receive a copy of the idea you have created on our website - as well as any original photographs or images used.
Most designs are unique to the individual, and are usually created to fulfil a specific need or requirement, however we do have a couple of suggestions to get the best results:
Our in-house design team operates during regular business operating hours (9am - 5pm GMT), on weekdays only (Monday - Friday). If you find that there is an issue with your automatically generated preview, or you have something more specific in mind for your design, a designer can be contacted here or via email.
We aim to dispatch orders 1-3 business days from the day of purchase. We offer a couple of Tracked postage options to give you the best possible control over your order, and once an order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information.
We also offer a Fast Track service at checkout - which includes both faster printing and the fastest available shipping - and in-store collection from our Bradford location.

Bar runners and mats can be rinsed off under the sink to remove spills. They can also be washed in a standard washing machine, at 30 degrees Celsius (or below), using a mild detergent. Bar runners and mats should then be hung to dry. Do not wring or tumble-dry. Store/stack your runners/mat(s) on a flat surface to reduce bending and creases.
